The American Society of Media Photographers/Connecticut Chapter: The ASMP is a trade organization which promotes photographers' rights, educates photographers in better business practices, and produces business publications for photographers.
Connecticut Commission on the Arts: The state agency responsible for developing and strengthening cultural resources, and increasing public participation in and support for the arts.
Connecticut Professional Photographers Association: The CPPA is an organization that holds meetings, lectures, conventions, and competitions to further the ethical advancement of photography.
International Color Consortium: Established in 1993 by eight industry vendors for the purpose of creating, promoting and encouraging the standardization and evolution of an open, vendor-neutral, cross-platform color management system architecture and components. The outcome of this co-operation was the development of the ICC profile specification.
Photo Arts Collective: The Photographic Arts Collective was founded in 1996, under the auspices of the Arts Council of Greater New Haven, CT. Since that time, the Collective has worked persistently in bringing quality photograpy related events to New Haven.
Shoreline Arts Alliance: A nonprofit regional arts organization which has become a major force in the cultural and artistic life of Southeastern Connecticut. The Alliance organizes and sponsors exhibitions, concerts, dance programs, workshops and student scholarships.
Gallery on the Green: Established in 1960, it is one of the oldest continuous running cooperatives in Connecticut. There are three spacious galleries and an outdoor sculpture garden.
